Shapewear Is Essential
1. In most cases our Waist measurements are always smaller than our Hips and Buttocks measurements. In fact, it's smaller than even our upper body measurements.
2. You NEED to wear a Shapewear that is smaller in the Waist Area and Bigger in the Buttocks area which immediately helps your shape to appear curvier.
The Shapewear or Fajas that I have tried tends to be the same measurements from top to the bottom of the Faja (5XL). Using this standard Shapewear might help a bit (even though it wasn't helping with my swelling and fluids and definitely compressing my Hips).
