What is the Curvy Gyals Return Policy?

  The Curvy Gyals Promise (our guarantee) At Curvy Gyals, we’ve always got you covered, and we stand behind our products. If there is a production issue with your purchase, please report within 2 days of purchase for a free remake or exchange. Please be advised that a Video Call is mandatory to address the issue.
Return Policy?
At Curvy Gyals Our products are considered underwear, and we want to maintain clean and quality products for all clients. We do not offer a refund for any cancellation of any kind unless there is a production issue. If theres a production issue items should be returned in new unworn conditions with tags attached, if not, your return will be rejected. 
Production Error?
In the case of a production error, the customer is required to do send a video and at least 3 pictures of the garment fitting to one of our Virtual Consultants (free of cost to the client). Incorrect measuring does not qualify as a production error. We encourage our clients to report any issue or concerns within 2 days after receiving their orders, we will evaluate the issue, and once we agree that the problem is on our part, we will then set the client up in our return center. The client will be offered a free remake and told to return the incorrect Faja to us. Please note: We cannot accept a return (even within 2 days of purchase) in certain situations, including: Products showing wear and tear,signs of use. Tags, packaging and accessories missing. Items damaged by misuse, alterations, improper care, or accidents. Items listed as a sale item, Final Sale at the time of purchase. Instances of abuse of the Curvy Gyals Return Policy. Unfortunately, if your Curvy Gyals product shows any form of marks, stains, or odors, we will be unable to accept your exchange, and it will be sent back to you. You will receive a follow-up e-mail informing you that your exchange was rejected and the reason for the rejection. No exceptions will be accepted.  
Exchange?

Please Note: Exchanged are not sent to clients until we received your return in acceptable conditions. Once your return is received and inspected, we will send you an e-mail to notify you that we have received your returned item. We will then inform you of the approval or rejection, and then your remake will be sent to you in 5 to 7 business days. We encourage you to mail your return as soon as possible to avoid any delays with your exchange.    

Cancellation
Each Faja is individually handmade, according to each client's measurements and preferences. With that, we do not make cancellations, accept returns, or offer exchanges unless there is a production error. Products ordered by a client who wants to cancel will still be shipped to the client's delivery address. We will not cancel or store products.  
How long will my Remake/Exchange take to process?


Your exchange/remake go back into production and made from scratch. We will expedite your item(s) and deliver to you within 5-7 business days. Have additional questions? Visit our chat for all your questions about our return process, orders, and all your favorite Curvy Gyals products.

Customs Duty & Tax & Delivery Charges
You are responsible for paying any duties or taxes imposed for customs or importing goods into your country. You are also responsible for any additional delivery charges caused by any changes of delivery address requested by you after a package has been dispatched by us. If in doubt, check with your local post office, UPS, DHl, Fedex or government customs office.
