I ordered a faja on the 6th January 2025 under a buy one get one free promotional deal. I was informed by the company that I would receive a video call to help me with my measurement (as its a custom fit item) I was contacted a few days after and my measurements were given accordingly.
A week or so later I received an email stating my items were dispatched by UPS, however when I logged on to track the item the notification stated that they are "still awaiting" the product to ship.
I contacted the curvy gyals on Instagram and after a few days of no response I reported the issue on an Instagram live the CEO was doing. A few hours after my DM was restored to and the customer service agent reported that had "shipping issues" and as soon as it got sorted my fajas would be shipped...please bare in mind - I ordered this item on the 6th January and all the communication has now taken us up to th beginning of February
After 2 weeks of not hearing from the company, I sent an email of complaint, which was then sent back because the curvy gyals email was invalid, after 3 attempts with the same results I gave up and copy and pasted the complaint in an Instagram DM.
They company saw the message (as the messaging tells you it has been seen by the company) however nothing still has been done.
I am disgusted!! The CEO is live everyday but can't look about her business. Unfortunately, it didn't do my research properly, if I had I would have seen the mountain of complaints and unsatisfied customers who has not received their products nor got their items.
I've had to to purchase another faja from another company who have me exceptional service however I'm let out of pocket. I need curvy girls to look unto to this asap because this is highly unfair.
Your business will not prosper IJN if you continue to lie and cheat customers and everything they have lost ... YOU WILL LOOSE 10 FOLD If you do not fix up your business and give customers their orders or their refunds!!

Three weeks after placing my order, I contacted them for an update. My order hadn't even been manufactured yet... As a result, I ended up without a faja after my surgery. I asked them to provide me with a faja from their store since I was in Miami, but it was impossible because they told me the store was closed for relocation.
I had to fight with them to get it manufactured and shipped, which took another two weeks.
After these five weeks of waiting, the package was finally delivered to the wrong address, and the recipient signed with a name other than mine. Despite having proof and surveillance videos from my home, I couldn’t get a refund. I was forced to reorder to “compensate.” They didn’t take any action with the delivery service, my package was lost, and I was never refunded. This took an additional two weeks, and during this time, I had to figure out how to heal properly on my own.
On top of all that, they only respond when they feel like it. The phone number listed doesn’t work, emails are optional, and the person who took my measurements via WhatsApp also responds only when she feels like it.
It took them another two weeks to produce a new faja. Now we’re at nine weeks since my initial order...
At the end of these nine weeks, I received the UPS delivery at my home, only to find out I had to pay $199.34 in taxes. Their website is supposed to calculate the tax amount at checkout, yet here I was, forced to pay these taxes because I knew they wouldn’t refund the product if it was returned.
In conclusion, after nine weeks – more than two months – I finally received the fajas I ordered. I was supposed to receive two for the price of one ($400). In the end, I couldn’t even use these fajas when I actually needed them, and my surgery results were damaged because of them. Moreover, I had to pay an extra $200 unnecessarily.
Girls, do NOT order from this website. The marketing may be great, but it’s a complete disaster. They don’t take responsibility, they lose packages, and they couldn’t care less about meeting delivery deadlines that we request due to upcoming surgeries. If you ask for a refund, you’ll never see your money again. Their store was closed, and I imagine they’re bankrupt, which explains why they treat their customers so poorly.
I just hope the two fajas I ordered will fit because I’m tired of chasing my money... I just want to be done with them.
Within the minute of me receiving the fajas I knew they weren't going to fit. I tried them on and immediately sent emails with pictures asking for a refund or new fajas to be made and they have delayed everything so I basically did charity, gave them 350 dollars and I'm stuck with 2 fajas that don't fit me. No one called me for the initial measurements, I had to send emails and send messages thru Instagram to get someone's attention. I had to send emails asking for status updates and once received I contacted customer service immediately. For wks ive been sending emails and now they want a video call, problem is that I work and when I'm off they are off. I'm gonna send videos of me with the fajas but knowing how the company works there's nothing that's going to be done. It was your mistake not mine since the beginning. Number 1: you didn't contact me, I did, Number 2: No one followed up, I did throughout the entire process. Number 3: I contacted you immediately as i received them and noticed the problem with pictures- you didn't believe me. 4: I contacted you a second time, followed instructions, Sent you pictures and you still didn't believe me. 5: im about the send you a short video so you can see that there's no miracle on earth that will make my fajas close around my torso since my measurements there haven't changed. Please fix this, its been a long month in a half of me sending you messages to fix this!!
I ordered 2 fajas went down a size in waist and boobs but unfortunately I couldn’t fit the fajas. Other than not being able to fit them. He fajas are great quality.
Once you buy you receive an email that a customer rep will contact you.....they never do. I had to contact everyone, I gave them my measurements, then continiously had to email them for status updates. Then when I received them and followed instructions the fajas don't close. I've been asking for a refund or a return slip and I'm being ignored, they say that I'm putting my fajas wrong. Not even Jesus Christ can make a miracle to make these fajas close. I pull and pull and nothing. I also tried to lay on my back and pull and nothing. I may have to go on a diet and loose 10 pounds in order to get them to close. I'll accept that they are uncomfortable around the butt area, I can live with that but I cannot live with the fact that they don't close around my waist or Rib area. They aren't good on my breast either. What's the point of giving my measurements and you sending me whatever you want. These clearly aren't my measurements. Now I'm left with 2 fajas that don't work and $350 less on my account. Please provide a return slip with refund.
One was too big for me and the other I couldn’t eve fasten. Took 6 weeks not 14 days to receive. I wouldn’t recommend anyone buy from this company.
Terrible and horrible faja. Others styles are better. Customer service is also bad. For the price of this faja the material is good but this style is horrible
I am so happy with the lady that took my measurements. She was very professional and accurate she definitely knows her work. When I received my Faja it fits perfectly. I would definitely order another set and I look forward to placing my order very soon. I would definitely recommend this company to my friends and family.

I ordered and physically went to have my measurements which they did a great job but my issue was the Azer the butt part was made with an extra lining inside which I did not ask for so I had to cut it out myself. The thigh rolls up but all the material is well made. Hopefully they saved my measurements which I can use again for another product.
It's too thight on the rib cage under the breast and the waist that it's hard and uncomfortable to breathe, but the hips and buttocks and thighs are the best it fits perfectly

Curvy Gyals Faja NEVER disappoints me. These are the BEST shape wear anyone can ask for. I own over a dozen faja and NONE compares to this brand. They had a zoom call to get my correct measurements.
